Chúng tôi tìm Business Analyst có tư duy hệ thống, hiểu người dùng và thị trường, quan tâm đến pháp luật, có khả năng phối hợp với Luật sư/Legal Business Analyst và đội công nghệ để phát triển TVPL AI Workspace.

1. Giới thiệu

THƯ VIỆN PHÁP LUẬT AI – WORKSPACE là hệ sinh thái AI pháp luật dành cho người dân, doanh nghiệp, công ty luật, văn phòng luật sư và đội ngũ pháp chế tại Việt Nam.

Sản phẩm giúp người dùng tra cứu, hỏi đáp và phân tích pháp luật có căn cứ; đồng thời giúp doanh nghiệp quản lý tài liệu, hồ sơ, công việc và quy trình trên một AI Workspace an toàn.

Mục tiêu là xây dựng một hạ tầng làm việc pháp lý đáng tin cậy, giúp người dùng tiếp cận pháp luật dễ hơn, chuyên gia làm việc hiệu quả hơn và doanh nghiệp ra quyết định có căn cứ hơn.

2. Vị trí và phạm vi theo cấp độ

1) Lead Business Analyst: dẫn dắt hoạt động Business Analysis và discovery; xác định vấn đề, phạm vi và ưu tiên sản phẩm; làm việc với lãnh đạo, khách hàng lớn, hướng dẫn đội BA và tham gia đưa TVPL AI ra thị trường.

2) Senior Business Analyst: độc lập phụ trách một nhóm bài toán hoặc khách hàng; khảo sát, phân tích quy trình, xây dựng yêu cầu, điều phối UAT/POC và hỗ trợ trình bày giải pháp.

3) Middle Business Analyst: khảo sát, mô tả quy trình, viết và làm rõ yêu cầu, chuẩn bị kiểm thử/UAT, tổng hợp phản hồi và phụ trách các đầu việc được giao.

3. Vai trò và công việc của Business Analyst

Business Analyst là cầu nối giữa người dùng, khách hàng doanh nghiệp, Luật sư/Legal Business Analyst và đội phát triển sản phẩm của TVPL.

1. Khảo sát người dùng, thị trường và khách hàng để xác định đúng vấn đề, nhu cầu và mức độ ưu tiên;

2. Mô tả quy trình hiện tại, đề xuất quy trình mới và chuyển thành yêu cầu phát triển rõ ràng;

3. Phối hợp với Luật sư/Legal Business Analyst và đội công nghệ để bảo đảm đúng nghiệp vụ, xác định phần AI hỗ trợ và phần cần con người kiểm soát;

4. Tham gia phát triển, kiểm thử/UAT, tiếp nhận phản hồi và cải tiến sản phẩm;

5. Làm việc với khách hàng doanh nghiệp, trình bày giá trị của TVPL AI và tổng hợp nhu cầu chung của thị trường.

Yêu cầu công việc

4. Yêu cầu ứng viên

1) Tốt nghiệp đại học; ưu tiên các ngành Luật, Hệ thống thông tin, Công nghệ thông tin, Kinh tế, Quản trị kinh doanh, Tài chính, Xã hội học hoặc ngành có liên quan;

2) Kinh nghiệm tham khảo: Lead khoảng 7 năm, Senior khoảng 5 năm và Middle khoảng 2 năm trong Business Analysis, Product, tư vấn quy trình, vận hành hoặc chuyển đổi số. Cấp độ được đánh giá theo năng lực thực tế, không chỉ theo số năm;

3) Nắm vững kỹ năng Business Analysis: khảo sát, mô tả quy trình, viết user story/use case, business rule, yêu cầu chức năng và điều kiện nghiệm thu;

4) Có tư duy hệ thống và tư duy sản phẩm; biết nhìn từ một yêu cầu cụ thể ra nhu cầu chung của thị trường;

5) Yêu thích AI và công nghệ; tiếng Anh tương đương IELTS 6.0 trở lên; sẵn sàng học nghiệp vụ pháp lý và làm việc chặt chẽ với Luật sư/Legal Business Analyst.

5. Điểm cộng

1) Đã phát triển hoặc triển khai sản phẩm B2B SaaS, workflow, case management, document management hoặc hệ thống cho doanh nghiệp lớn;

2) Có kinh nghiệm discovery, nghiên cứu người dùng, tư vấn vận hành hoặc thiết kế lại quy trình;

3) Đã tham gia pre-sales, demo, POC, triển khai hoặc quản trị khách hàng doanh nghiệp;

4) Đã sử dụng AI/LLM trong công việc; quan tâm đến độ chính xác, nguồn dẫn, dữ liệu, bảo mật và cơ chế con người kiểm soát AI.

Am hiểu sản phẩm, dữ liệu và cộng đồng người dùng của THƯ VIỆN PHÁP LUẬT là một lợi thế.

6. Phối hợp

1) Làm việc trực tiếp với đội phát triển TVPL AI Workspace, Luật sư/Legal Business Analyst, chuyên gia pháp lý và khách hàng doanh nghiệp lớn;

2) Phối hợp cùng đội ngũ AI, Data, Backend, Product Designer, DevOps và cử nhân luật; được khai thác kho dữ liệu pháp luật lớn cùng hàng triệu người dùng thực của TVPL;

3) Có cơ hội tham gia xây dựng sản phẩm Legal AI có khả năng thay đổi cách người Việt tiếp cận và làm việc với pháp luật.

7. Quyền lợi

1) Mức lương gross/tháng: Lead Business Analyst 36–60 triệu đồng; Senior Business Analyst 25–40 triệu đồng; Middle Business Analyst 20–27 triệu đồng;

2) Thu nhập được thỏa thuận theo năng lực và phạm vi trách nhiệm; có thưởng theo kết quả sản phẩm, dự án và chính sách của TVPL;

3) Có cơ hội trở thành nhân sự nòng cốt, trực tiếp làm việc với khách hàng lớn và tham gia kinh doanh sản phẩm TVPL AI.

We are looking for Business Analysts with strong system thinking, a good understanding of users and the market, an interest in the legal sector, and the ability to work closely with Lawyers/Legal Business Analysts and technology teams to develop TVPL AI Workspace.

About TVPL AI Workspace

THU VIEN PHAP LUAT AI – WORKSPACE is a legal AI ecosystem designed for individuals, businesses, law firms, legal offices, and in-house legal teams in Vietnam.

The product enables users to search, ask questions, and analyze legal information with reliable legal sources, while helping businesses manage documents, case files, tasks, and workflows within a secure AI Workspace.

Our goal is to build a trusted legal work infrastructure that makes the law easier to access, helps legal professionals work more efficiently, and enables businesses to make well-informed decisions based on reliable legal information.

Position Scope by Level

1. Lead Business Analyst

- Lead Business Analysis and discovery activities.

- Identify problems, product scope, and priorities.

- Work with company leadership and key clients.

- Mentor and guide the BA team.

- Participate in bringing TVPL AI products to market.

2. Senior Business Analyst

- Independently take ownership of a group of business problems or clients.

- Conduct research and analyze business processes.

- Develop requirements.

- Coordinate UAT/POC activities.

- Support solution presentations.

3. Middle Business Analyst

- Conduct research and document business processes.

- Write and clarify requirements.

- Prepare testing/UAT activities.

- Consolidate feedback.

- Take responsibility for assigned tasks.

Responsibilities of a Business Analyst

The Business Analyst acts as a bridge between users, enterprise clients, Lawyers/Legal Business Analysts, and the TVPL product development team.

1) Conduct user, market, and customer research to identify the right problems, needs, and priorities.

2) Document current processes, propose new processes, and translate them into clear development requirements.

3) Collaborate with Lawyers/Legal Business Analysts and technology teams to ensure business accuracy, identify areas where AI can provide support, and determine areas requiring human oversight.

4) Participate in product development, testing/UAT, feedback collection, and product improvement.

5) Work with enterprise clients, present the value of TVPL AI, and consolidate broader market needs.

Requirements

1) Bachelor's degree; preferably in Law, Information Systems, Information Technology, Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Sociology, or a related field.

2) Reference experience: approximately 7 years for Lead, 5 years for Senior, and 2 years for Middle in Business Analysis, Product, process consulting, operations, or digital transformation. Level will be assessed based on actual capabilities, not solely years of experience.

3) Strong Business Analysis skills, including research, process documentation, user stories/use cases, business rules, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.

4) Strong system and product thinking, with the ability to identify broader market needs from specific requirements.

5) Passion for AI and technology; English proficiency equivalent to IELTS 6.0 or above; willingness to learn legal knowledge and work closely with Lawyers/Legal Business Analysts.

Nice to Have

1) Experience developing or implementing B2B SaaS, workflow, case management, document management, or enterprise systems.

2) Experience in discovery, user research, operations consulting, or process redesign.

3) Experience with pre-sales, demos, POCs, implementation, or enterprise account management.

4) Experience using AI/LLMs at work, with an understanding of accuracy, sources/citations, data, security, and human oversight of AI.

Familiarity with THU VIEN PHAP LUAT's products, data, and user community is an advantage.

Collaboration

1) Work directly with the TVPL AI Workspace development team, Lawyers/Legal Business Analysts, legal experts, and major enterprise clients.

Compensation & Benefits

1) Salary

- Lead Business Analyst: VND 36–60 million gross/month

- Senior Business Analyst: VND 25–40 million gross/month

- Middle Business Analyst: VND 20–27 million gross/month

2) Income is negotiable based on capabilities and scope of responsibility. Performance-based bonuses may be provided according to product and project results and TVPL's policies.

3) There is an opportunity to become a core team member, work directly with major clients, and participate in the commercialization of TVPL AI products.

2) Gross monthly salary: Lead Business Analyst: VND 40–80 million; Senior Business Analyst: VND 27–42 million; Middle Business Analyst: VND 20–30 million. Actual compensation will be negotiated based on the candidate’s capabilities, experience, and scope of responsibilities.
